Adjusting Your Recouple Subscription

In our commitment to accommodate the evolving needs of our clients, Recouple offers a flexible approach to adjusting your subscription plan.

Upgrading Your Plan: Should you decide that you would like to enhance your therapy experience by moving from the Standard to the Premium plan, the process is straightforward and user-friendly:

1. Contact our support team at support@recouple.com to express your interest in upgrading.
2. Our team will evaluate the sessions you have used under your current Standard plan.
3. You will receive a refund for any remaining unused sessions at the Standard rate.
4. The upgrade to the Premium plan will then be processed, and you will be billed at the Premium rate, taking into account any sessions already utilized.

This transition allows you to seamlessly continue your therapy journey with added benefits and resources that the Premium plan offers.

Understanding the Charges: The cost to upgrade will factor in the number of sessions you have already completed. For example, if you have used two sessions at the Standard rate, you will be refunded for the remaining unused sessions, and then charged for the Premium plan, minus the cost of the sessions already completed.

Please Note:

• Requests to upgrade should be made at least 48 hours before your next session.
• Downgrading from the Premium to the Standard plan is not available due to technical constraints. We are working on making this option available in the future and appreciate your understanding.
