No Refunds for Completed Sessions: Our therapists dedicate their time and expertise to help you navigate your relationship challenges. As such, sessions that have been attended and completed are not eligible for refunds. This policy reflects the value of the professional service provided and the commitment of our therapists to your relationship's progress.
Cancellation Policy: Life can be unpredictable, and we understand that. If you need to cancel your subscription, we offer a fair cancellation policy. You will be eligible for a refund for any sessions that have not been used. For example, if you've attended 2 out of the 4 sessions in your subscription cycle, you will receive a refund for the remaining 2 sessions.
