Adding and Managing Payment Methods

In Recouple, we prioritize your convenience and security when it comes to payments. Managing your payment methods is an essential part of ensuring a smooth and uninterrupted therapy experience. Here's how you can add and manage your payment methods on the Recouple platform:

Adding a New Payment Method:

• Accessing your payment options is simple. Navigate to the profile menu after logging into your Recouple account.
• Within the profile menu, select "Payment Methods." Here, you will find the option to "Add a New Payment Method."
• Recouple uses Stripe for all payment processing, ensuring your payment information is handled with the utmost security and compliance standards.
• Follow the prompts to enter your payment details. Stripe supports a variety of payment methods, including credit and debit cards.

Managing Existing Payment Methods:

• Your Recouple account allows the flexibility to manage your stored payment methods. Within the same "Payment Methods" section, you can view all your saved methods.
• For any updates or to change your preferred payment method, simply select the relevant option next to your stored payment method. You can update card details, set a different card as your default, or remove a payment method entirely.
• Managing your payment methods through Stripe ensures that sensitive information is never stored directly on the Recouple platform, enhancing your privacy and security.
